Where Are ModernComment Reviews From?

These reviews are a byproduct of a customer satisfaction survey. The reviews are created based on each customer's selections to the survey. Each customer certifies that the review represents his or her views and may choose to add, delete, or modify any part of the statement before publishing.

The survey can only be accessed by actual customers of this business. All reviews are published. The business has no ability to delete, edit or censor reviews in any way.
