Bright Horizons at Everett is a great facility. Their staff is competent and caring, the program is excellent, the location is convenient, and communication is very good.

Hours of operation work well, and drop offs and pick ups are usually easy with adequate close parking. The secure entrance is another definite plus - I know random people can't get into the facility. Daily reports from the classroom let me know how my son's day went in detail. The anecdotes are particularly fun to read. The friendly staff is always willing to take time to talk with me, and I feel like I have good partners in caring for my little guy. The classrooms are set up in a safe, age-appropriate manner with various enriching areas, and I see cleaning and sanitizing happening regularly. The curriculum, as much as one can have a curriculum with infants, ensures diverse activities throughout the week. I would definitely recommend Bright Horizons at Everett.

Also, it is great that they give good updates on my child's day and are responsive to my child's needs. I really like that the staff is friendly and well qualified. Nevertheless, I don't find the center's communication to be great (teacher communication, however, is outstanding). I do not appreciate that the leadership team's communication has been inconsistent and unresponsive, especially related to transitions.
