I am satisfied with Bright Horizons West Campus because of their program, communication, and staff.

They have a rich variety of classroom materials and a high quality curriculum. Additionally, I find that they are responsive to my child's needs and give good updates on my child's day. Their communication is consistent. I also like that their staff is friendly and well qualified.

I think the staff is well qualified and friendly. In addition, it is great that they have plenty of parking, convenient hours, easy pick up, and easy drop off. They have a rich variety of classroom materials, a high quality curriculum, and good extracurricular activities. I also really appreciate that they are in a convenient location. I am pleased that the communication is consistent. Also, they are responsive to my child's needs and give good updates on my child's day. I think that they have effective allergy management, excellent child supervision, a safe classroom setup, a clean environment, a secure entrance, and healthy hygiene practices. Also, they provide good evidence of learning.
